Send a signed copy.
Never Make a Reporter or Editor sign for an item: Make sure you
have signed a release to allow the shipper to leave the package without
a signature. These folks are very busy and will get very annoyed
if pulled out of a meeting to sign for a package.
Confirm the address by email. They may want it sent to
their home, or other office.
